About Claudia
Claudia’s journey in hospitality and conservation began in the Chyulu Hills, where she worked with the Maasai community to create sustainable solutions to Human-Wildlife co- existence, empowering women through diversifying livelihoods and promoting eco-tourism.
Over the years, she has managed some of Kenya’s premier eco-lodges, including The Giraffe Manor, Campi ya Kanzi, The Chyulu Club, Sasaab, Sala’s Camp, and Solio Lodge, crafting unforgettable guest experiences that foster deep connections with the land and its communities. She has also led several luxury safaris across East, Central and Southern Africa, gaining invaluable insights into diverse cultures and the values of both local communities and partner lodges, including Singita, Time + Tide, Green Safaris, Natural Selection, Wilderness and Asilia, among others.
From leading private safaris across Africa to managing iconic properties, Claudia combines a deep love for wildlife, community and luxury hospitality.
With a certificate from the prestigious Ecole Hôtelière de Lausanne, her dedication to service, attention to detail, staff development and commitment to meaningful experiences, make every adventure she curates an immersive journey into Africa’s magic.


About Nadine
Nadine Kamolleh, a German-Kenyan hospitality expert, has been active in the transformative approaches of East African service standards with over a decade of experience.
Her career spans from capacity building, operational improvements, to enhancing customer experiences across diverse cultural settings.
Her journey includes collaboration with the United Nations, high-end restaurant work in Sydney’s culinary scene, and extensive travels in Asia, where she deepened her appreciation for global cuisines.
She honed her expertise in wines and spirits while working for Pernod Ricard, completing whiskey training with Irish Distillers and earning a diploma in wine tasting with South Africa's Under the Influence (UTI) Training company.
Since 2018, Nadine has focused on FMCG products and hospitality management across Rwanda, Tanzania, Uganda, and Kenya.
While working at Thanda Island, her dedication to implementing management systems and brand guidelines contributed to the property earning The 'Africa’s World Leading Private Luxury Island' Award in 2021.
She's worked with other luxury brands like; The Giraffe Manor and private houses in Nanyuki.
